Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

These terms govern your use of Simpler Disputes ("the Service") at simplerdisputes.com. By purchasing access or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Access and payment

Access to the Service is granted via a unique link delivered to your email after a one-time payment of $20 USD. Your access link is personal and non-transferable.

Not legal advice

The Service generates dispute letters as a starting point for your medical billing disputes. It does not constitute legal advice. The letters reference real laws and standard dispute procedures, but you are responsible for reviewing and customizing any letter before sending it. For complex disputes or large amounts, we recommend consulting a healthcare billing advocate or attorney.

Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of the Service, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once your access link has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, contact us at support@simplerdisputes.com and we will resolve it.

Acceptable use

You may use the Service to generate dispute letters for your own legitimate personal use. You agree not to:

AI-generated content

The Service uses AI to generate dispute letters. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and using any generated content. We make no guarantee that generated content will be accurate, effective, or suitable for your specific situation. You own the output you generate.

Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available and up-to-date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that generated letters will produce any particular outcome with your medical billing dispute.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simpler Disputes and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any outcomes from sending dispute letters generated by the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
